Our candles are individually handmade in small batches to ensure the highest quality possible. They may have slight imperfections, and colour and appearance variations due to the nature of soy wax. Please also be advised that "frosting" may occur and this is not a fault in the candle. This is a natural effect of using soy wax and does not, in any way, impact the performance of your candle.
Candle Care
• Before relighting your candle, make sure to pinch the wooden wick with your fingers to pull off any excess debris - this keeps the candle flame at a safe height and makes your candle last longer!
